Regular users can pay directly from the wallet page.
Currently supported payment methods:
- WeChat Pay (Lantu Pay)
- Alipay
Top-up Notes
The larger the single payment amount, the more bonus quota you will usually receive. Before making a payment, we recommend checking the current top-up promotions or bonus details on the wallet page.
🏢 How do business customers make payments?
Business customers can use the following methods:
- Pay online directly
- Corporate bank transfer
If you have enterprise procurement, bulk purchasing, or financial process requirements, you can also go through the business payment process.
🧾 Invoice Support
Invoices are available for business customers, and we cover the tax cost.
Supported invoice types include:
- Standard invoice
- Special VAT invoice
Common invoice item descriptions typically include:
- Information technology services
- Information service fees
- Software service fees
- Platform service fees
If you have specific requirements for the invoicing entity, invoice content, or payment process, we recommend confirming them in advance.
⏳ What should I do if the payment does not arrive after payment?
In most cases, there may be a short delay before the payment is credited after completion. We recommend waiting a moment and refreshing the wallet page first.
If it still has not been credited after a long time, we recommend:
- First confirm whether the payment was successful
- Keep the payment screenshot, order screenshot, or payment record
- Join the discussion group on the Community Interaction page to seek help
Please include complete information when reporting an issue
If your payment was not credited after completion, it is best to also provide the payment time, payment method, payment amount, and screenshots so we can help verify it more quickly.
