Welcome to join the MoleAPI user group. This group is mainly for discussing integration experience, usage issues, billing understanding, and feature ideas. It is not a sales channel or a reseller group.

To make communication in the group more efficient and avoid repeated follow-up questions, please read the following first:

Violating the following rules may result in removal from the group chat. Please read and follow them carefully.
- This group is a user discussion group for MoleAPI / NextAPI. Topics focus on integration, usage, billing, and common errors. One-on-one technical support is not guaranteed.
- Before asking questions, please check the FAQ and Common Error Codes. This can significantly reduce back-and-forth clarification.
- When asking a question, please include screenshots, the full error message, the model name, the client name, and the general steps you performed whenever possible. The more complete the information, the easier it is for others to help diagnose the issue.
- Selling accounts, top-ups on behalf of others, traffic diversion, or soliciting users via private messages is prohibited in the group. Also, do not trust anyone selling API products.
- If you have feature suggestions or product ideas, feel free to share them directly, but please describe the use case instead of just saying “add a feature.”
- Please comply with applicable laws and regulations. Discussion of any illegal or non-compliant content is prohibited.
Friendly Reminder
In many cases, the issue is not that “the platform is broken,” but that the Base URL, model, permissions, balance, or request parameters do not match. If you provide all of this information upfront, it will be easier for other group members to help diagnose the issue.
